21 February: Tax Planning for Year End

  With the tax year end quickly approaching for most taxpayers, now is a good opportunity to consider how you can maximize tax efficiency for you and your clients.  The session covers all the major issues to be aware of going into end of financial year.

3 July: Land Tax Refresher

Reduce your risk when dealing with property transactions by refreshing your knowledge of the land tax rules. Including specific land tax provisions, exclusions and land deductions. This webinar is suitable for anyone who deals with land tax issues such as accountants, property developers, professional advisors and lawyers.

 

7 August: Dividends & Imputation Refresher

With the change in the company tax rate, it is essential that you are up to date with the rules surrounding dividends and imputation.
This webinar will provide you with a refresher of the dividend and imputation rules.  It will also explore issues associated with the change in the company tax rate to 28%.  Practical examples will be provided for participants.

 

4 September: Tax Opportunities for Residential Rental Properties

This is an entry level webinar on how to deal with potential tax issues that arise from owning rental properties as a result of the recent Government Budget’s changes. This webinar covers renovation and refitting of residential properties, renting apartments/holiday home, use of LTC’s to hold rental properties as well as the sale or disposal of rental properties.
